This class is just a big Goofy Sweaty Party that has been going on for 6 years now and it continues to grow. Our revolving playlists are all Funk and Soul Old-School classics in 3 minute edits. This class is FREE if you have a gym membership which can be as low as $25 a month. A drop-in non-Member must pay 5 dollars. That is the cheapest class on the planet. You won’t believe how good it is for this tiny fee. I can hardly believe it myself.
